Unnamed Sources Say: al Qaeda™ (formerly known as “Freedom Fighters”) Now in Syria

If you read that headline and thought to yourself “wow… they’ll never stop milking that golden goose”… you’re not alone. The CIA has packed up their al Qaeda™ roadshow and jetted out of Libya, apparently setting up their bloody shop in Syria, the next target on their “7 countries in 5 years” Tour. The modern day “freedom fighters”, complete with their own congressional funding and an office right there in D.C., go from hero to villain and back again in the blink of an eye depending on whatever the spin calls for. It’s like a day labor pool for monsters: Killers Temp Services – “We’re There When You Need Us to Blow Up Some Kids”.

I guess giving them an office in D.C. is cost effective… saves all that travel and per diem expense. Hillary can just walk out her back door and chat with those old friends of hers who helped them destabilize Bosnia and Kosovo and so many others in the past. After all these decades of dedicated service to the globalists, it’s about time al Qaeda™ got a corner office with a view, don’t ya think? I mean, right is right. How many people do you have to kill to get some respect in D.C.? Just ask Barack Obama. He kills kids by the day and he still can’t get no respect except from anti-war “liberals” like Amy Goodman who seem to love it when “The Greatest Man of Our Generationblows the shit out of children.

According to more unnamed sources (they never seem to run out of them), all of the terrorist attacks against Syrian government targets in the past few months weren’t the work of the heavily armed “activists” and “rebels”, but rather, they were the work of the shadowy “al Qaeda™” terrorist organization. so don’t blame the “peaceful protesters” running around Syria with high powered weapons, mortars, and armored personnel carriers… blame the “long war” enemy that’s been slinking around in ever country that we have wanted to regime change since 9/11.

The Iraqi branch of al Qaida, seeking to exploit the bloody turmoil in Syria to reassert its potency, carried out two recent bombings in the Syrian capital, Damascus, and likely was behind suicide bombings Friday that killed at least 28 people in the largest city, Aleppo, U.S. officials told McClatchy….

… Like others interviewed for this story, he spoke on condition of anonymity because the issue involves classified information….

… The first Damascus attack occurred Dec. 23, when suicide bombers detonated cars packed with explosives outside intelligence agency compounds in the Syrian capital. At least 44 people were killed and more than 160 wounded.

Then, on Jan. 6, at least 26 people were killed and dozens injured in a bombing against a second intelligence agency compound.

… two suicide bombers driving explosives-packed vehicles attacked security compounds in Aleppo, killing at least 28 people. It was the first significant violence to strike the commercial center, which has largely remained loyal to Assad. McClatchy

The semi-official Washington line of the killings in Syria is that the mortar attacks are coming from the government and the targeted bombings of government targets are al Qaeda… apparently the well armed Free Syrian Army is doing nothing but holding bake sales and Tweeting each other about being caught in the cross fire. That’s what we’re expected to believe in spite of the fact that Hillary Clinton and her British counterpart have been running around the UN twisting arms and hysterically screaming for the “right to protect” Syrian civilians by letting NATO bomb the shit out of their nation.

We are also not expected to know or remember that the US and Britain pushed for the Arab League Observers mission into Syria for months and when they did get there and filed their report, both Western powers immediately acted as if they had never heard of the group before. The reason for that is obvious:

In Homs, Idlib and Hama, the Observer Mission witnessed acts of violence being committed against Government forces and civilians that resulted in several deaths and injuries. Examples of those acts include the bombing of a civilian bus, killing eight persons and injuring others, including women and children, and the bombing of a train carrying diesel oil. In another incident in Homs, a police bus was blown up, killing two police officers. A fuel pipeline and some small bridges were also bombed.

28. The Mission noted that many parties falsely reported that explosions or violence had occurred in several locations. When the observers went to those locations, they found that those reports were unfounded.

29. The Mission also noted that, according to its teams in the field, the media exaggerated the nature of the incidents and the number of persons killed in incidents and protests in certain towns.

Recently, there have been incidents that could widen the gap and increase bitterness between the parties. These incidents can have grave consequences and lead to the loss of life and property. Such incidents include the bombing of buildings, trains carrying fuel, vehicles carrying diesel oil and explosions targeting the police, members of the media and fuel pipelines. Some of those attacks have been carried out by the Free Syrian Army and some by other armed opposition groups.

The Arab League Observer’s report also concluded that the French journalist killed near Homs died as a result of opposition mortar attacks, laying bare the MSM lie that the Syrian government is shelling the city.

The McClatchy report tries a new spin on this story by taking President Assad’s own words and twisting them to serve the Western powers. Assad has been saying for months now that this is not a “civil war” and it is not a “peaceful revolution” but rather, it is a designed destabilization effort, by the West, using terrorists acts targeting the people of Syria. Ergo he claims that the people doing this inside his country are terrorists. Which, by all current definitions of the term, is accurate.

It seems like the spin doctors and propagandists who have been working diligently to stir up support for yet another NATO bombardment of a “7 countries in 5 years” nation have latched onto these statements and are now using them to infuse 9/11 into this conflict as well. When all else fails… play the 9/11 card.

For most people in this country simply mentioning al Qaeda causes a certain emotional recall.

Let’s not forget the fact that the CIA created al Qaeda and used them to fight the Soviets when they were in Afghanistan. They also used al Qaeda to destabilizeBosnia and Kosovo.

Mujahideen mercenaries [recruited, trained, and financed by the CIA and ISI] from the Middle East and Central Asia were recruited to fight in the ranks of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) in 1998-99, largely supporting NATO’s war effort. Michel Chossudovsky

Also remember that we have open relationships with other terrorist organizations such as the MEK in Iran who are killing people on our behalf. They don’t even try to hide that one. Shit, the MEK was guarded by our soldiers and took up residence in one of our old forward operating bases in Iraq.

One of the leaders of the so-called Libyan “revolution” was a recruiter for al Qaeda in Iraq, sending men over to blow themselves up attacking our soldiers. The Obama administration actually broke the law in order to send arms to the NTC well after their links to al Qaeda had been established in the mainstream press.

The Libyan NTC which this al Qaeda recruiter was fighting for, now has an office in D.C. An al Qaeda linked terrorist organization has an official mailing address in our capital just a few miles away from the newly rebuilt Pentagon and the memorial which honors those service men and women who died there. How’s that for supporting the troops?

No, it’s no coincidence that the McClatchy report claims that it’s al Qaeda in Iraq that is attacking government targets and killing civilians in Syria since Libya’s NTC sent over some fighters to help destabilize Syria recently.

Yes, in a sense, it is “al Qaeda” but it’s the brand “al Qaeda™ “, the for-profit mercenaries of the CIA’s destabilization teams backed by unconventional warfare groups like the 7th Special Forces Group, that is killing civilians and targeting government facilities in Syria in an effort to force a p0litical and economic change in that country.

This is an old game plan. U.S. destabilization campaigns like these have been around since 1953 when the CIA enlisted right-wing Mullahs in Iran to help overthrow the freely elected, left-leaning Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh. When al Qaeda™ was first launched supposedly under the control of bin Laden himself, Reagan referred to them as “freedom fighters” just as he did the Contras, another terrorist destabilization campaign of the 80′s.

To watch the courageous Afghan freedom fighters battle modern arsenals with simple hand-held weapons is an inspiration to those who love freedom.”  Ronald Reagan

It’s a funny little game, isn’t it? We send in CIA assets and special forces groups to attack innocent civilians and then, in order to protect those civilians from ourselves, we get NATO to bomb more civilians while the CIA’s drones rain hellfire down on anyone who has the audacity to resist.

So is al Qaeda™ killing people and setting off bombs in Syria?  Unfortunately, yeah, we are.
