Tradeline Consult organizes workshop for traders

Tradeline Consult has organised a trading workshop for traders and some small scale enterprises in the Greater Accra Region, to educate them on how to develop and grow their business.

The trade workshop also brought together individuals in their various capacities to discuss how to establish their own businesses, to offload the burden of unemployment in the country.

The training, which was organised over the weekend, took the participants through how to access loans to grow their business, network with other businesses through seminars and growing businesses by a 50 per cent margin with ease.

The rest are attracting more customers, increasing sales and marketing products and services effectively to boost profits.

The Senior Business Consultant of Tradeline Consult, Sam Zeph Atiemo, stressed that many businesses in Ghana faced collapse, because they lacked goals and aspirations, and knowledge on how to run their businesses into the future.

According to him, goals help individuals to identify their weakness, next line of action, sense of fulfillment and happiness, adding that goals must be set according to the individual prospective, to help them understand their businessed.

He said the consultancy was playing the role of financial management, business planning, motivational business seminars, strategic planning, training in customer care, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship and one-to-one business coaching.
