“THE RECORDER WAS ON.”

0

There are no part time leaders anywhere in the world. There is no walking the talk some time and then go on break and talking the talk the rest of the time.

No, either you are connected to the people by leading them to achieve what they need to achieve or you are not.
A famous presidential candidate was once caught saying something embarrassing. ”Geez,” he said,” I did not know that the camera was on”.
Well when you are running for president the camera is always on. The same way the tape recorder is always on. When in office as the president is always on too.
You can not be one way in public and another at home, when you think “no one is watching.” Either you are walking the talk or you are not. Either you are inspiring people all the time or you are not.
During the 2008 presidential and parliamentary elections in Ghana, then candidate Professor John Evans Atta Mills and his party leaders made so many promises and assurances to walk the talk.
Another election exercise is fast approaching. Did they walk the talk sometime and went on break and talking the talk the rest of their four years in office?
Coming out on SPYGHANA.COM WEBSITE is the column called “THE RECORDER WAS ON”. It will help us to assess the situation and make inform choice come December election based on our analysis.
               WATCH OUT FOR THE COLUMN.
