The Partial Eclipse As Seen In Ghana

At exactly 1.22 p.m. today, November 3,2013, Ghana and other countries in West Africa experienced a partial solar eclipse.

The phenomenon, described as “the romance between the Sun and the Moon,” started at 11.38 a.m. until 1.22 p.m. before it gained the full face of 85 per cent of the Sun.

Check out a mix of amateur and professional photos of the eclipse, captured by some Ghanaians including Kwesi Oduro Junior of Golden Eye Studios.
