The winds of change are swirling in America. Before President Obama was elected in 2008, men who had sex with underage girls were given lengthy jail sentences. But the president?s gay agenda has ushered in a new era of social tolerance that no sane American could have ever imagined.

A former high school teacher was sentenced to just 30 days in jail for repeated sexual contact with a 14-year-old student who later killed herself.

Yellowstone County district Judge G. Todd Baugh sentenced former high school teacher Stacey Dean Rambold to 15 years in prison, with all but 31 days suspended, because the girl looked older than her chronological age.

The judge?s decision sparked a loud outcry from Auliea Hanlon, the mother of the victim, who pleaded with the judge prior to the sentencing.

?Please put him behind bars,? said Hanlon.

Chief Deputy County Attorney Rod Souza asked the judge to sentence Rambold to 20 years in prison, with 10 years suspended. Rambold?s attorney asked the judge for a suspended sentence. Judge Baugh said the evidence showed that Rambold and the 14-year-old victim were involved in a consensual sexual relationship, and that the 14-year-old girl looked ?older than her chronological age.?

The case began in 2008 when Rambold was arrested for having sex with a minor. In 2010, Rambold, 54, was convicted of three counts of sexual intercourse without consent. While the case was pending, the girl, then 16, killed herself.

Rambold entered into an agreement with the prosecutor?s office to enter a sex offender treatment program. The case was revived when Rambold was kicked out of the program for violating the rules prohibiting contact with minors.

The victim?s family settled a $91,000 wrongful death lawsuit with the school district. Rambold, whose teaching license was revoked, had been warned by school officials in 2004 not to be alone with female students. (ABC)
