The Supreme Court has indefinitely adjourned hearing in the suit filed by Former Attorney General, Martin Amidu, over the judgement debt saga.

The jury today failed to form a quorum as one of the judges, Justice Atuguba, was not present.

In June, Mr Amidu sued Alfred Woyome, Waterville Holdings and the Attorney General over the payment of judgement debts.

He is asking for a number of reliefs for various actions and conduct on the part of the defendants in the making and payment of claims against the government.

Mr Amidu contends that the alleged Agreements between the Republic of Ghana and Waterville did not become operative for lack of Parliamentary approval under Article 181 of the Constitution.

Mr. Woyome was represented in court by a member of his legal team Mr. Osafo Boahene while the Attorney General was represented by Mr. Cecil Adadevoh.

The plaintiff, Mr Martin Amidu, was in court to take part in the proceedings.
