The search for a flagbearer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has commenced without a hitch at the Hohoe Constituency.
A seven-member delegate formed a queue at the start of the voting exercise at 0700 hours at the Saint Teresa’s College of Education venue for the event on Saturday.
Speaking to the Ghana News Agency, Mr Kwame Karikari, Hohoe Municipal Director in-charge of the exercise said 50 delegates have undergone the voting as at 0830 hours, with a visible queue in place.
He said the exercise was smooth and expressed the hope that it ends peacefully at 1500 hours.
Security is on standby and aspirant agents are on hand monitoring the exercise.
