Ghana midfielder Rahim Ayew has bemoaned Eleven Wise?s botched top-flight ambitions.

Wise dropped to the country?s second-tier three seasons ago and have since struggled to break back into the elite division.

The 24-year-old featured prominently for the Sekondi-based side before he switched to Egyptian giants Zamalek in 2009.

The club, nicknamed, the Western Show Boys,  lie third in zone 2B of the National Division One League and look likely to miss out on qualification to the Middle League.

The Lierse SK enforcer claims poor management and organizational skills have accounted for the woes of his former employers.

?When Jamal Maraby was in charge at the time I was there, everything was fine but things have changed since I left I think,? Ayew told Finder Sports

?When someone is taking care of your thing for you, you give him the support.

?People cannot put their money in the team while others sit somewhere and interfere just because they are the Board or management.

?I feel sad that Wise is in relegation but the management knows the problem and they should fix it,?
