President Mahama leaves for ACP Summit in Equatorial Guinea

Ghana?s President, John Dramani Mahama, will on Wednesday December 12, 012 travel to the Equatorial Guinea to attend the 7th Summit of the Africa, Caribbean and the Pacific (ACP) Heads of State and Governments, his office said in a statement.

According to the statement, President Mahama will take the opportunity to hold bilateral discussions on areas of trade, economic and cultural cooperation with other world leaders at the summit in Malabo.

Mr. Mahama is expected to return to Accra by Friday December 14, 012.

In Mahama?s absence, Vice President Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur shall act as President, the statement said.
