Luanda to host Angola-Portugal business forum

A two day Angola-Portugal business forum would be staged in Luanda on June 22-23 to promote and develop business opportunities between the two countries in the process of industrialization and diversification of economy of the African country.
The event will be held under the theme “Together in the diversification of the economy” and will gather about 400 local and Portuguese entrepreneurs, according to a press release from the center for documentation and information of the Angolan ministry of economy.
The first day of the forum was expected to witness the signing of the memorandum of understanding that would establish the Portuguese investments observatory in Angola and vice-versa, as well as the first annual meeting of the observatory to be chaired by the ministers of economy of the Portuguese-speaking countries.
The business forum was initiated by the Angolan ministry of economy and the Portugese embassy to Luanda. Enditem
