Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has praised the Ghana Football Association for their unflinching support and for not interfering in his job.

Appiah took charge two years ago and chalked a piece of history by becoming the first indigenous coach to lead the team to the World Cup finals.

Before that, he finished fourth at the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations finals in South Africa.

The Ex-international defender has had several knowledge-sharing trips with clubs abroad to equip him for this June?s World Cup in Brazil.

?The FA has been supportive and have never for once interfered with my job,? Appiah said

?They have been instrumental in getting us this far with their understanding and willingness to listen to the technical team.

?Not even for once do I remember if any member of the FA tried to impose anything on me.

?If such thing has happened then it was not my administration.?

Appiah is currently on a learning tour in the UK where he spent a week with Liverpool boss Brenden Rogers and his technical team.
