Dr Omari Johnson, a Black American Psychologist, has entreated Ghanaian youths to stay back home and help develop the country with their knowledge and creativity rather than seeking greener pastures in foreign countries.unemployed

He said moving to the Americas and Europe among other states to look for better opportunities only contributed to the under-development of Africa.

Dr Johnson said this when some Pan-Africans and Black Americans visited Nana Nketsiah V at his palace at Essikado in the Western Region.

The visit formed part of a process to re-integrate into the Ghanaian society with some adopting traditional names.

Dr Johnson said the time had come for Africa to retool and educate the citizenry to commit to the development of the continent than to go through unwarranted difficulties and sufferings on foreign lands.
