Ghana to experience scattered thunder storms and rain showers

The Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMA) has said the country would experience scattered thunder storms and rain showers towards the end of May.

0This would change, and there would be simultaneous rains that would cover much wider areas.

Mr. Michael Paddi, Senior Meteorologist at the GMA, Kotoka International Airport, told the Ghana News Agency in an interview, that it could lead to massive cloud development taking place nation-wide.

Touching on temperatures for the week, he said the northern sector of the country would have maximum temperatures of 40 degrees celcius and a minimum of 27 degrees celcius.

The middle sector would have a maximum of 34 degrees celcius and a minimum of 24 degrees celcius whilst the coastal region of the country would have 33 degrees celcius as maximum and 25 degrees celcius as minimum temperature.
