The capital of Indian state of Karnataka is Banglore. Banglore, known as a hub for India’s Information Technology industry is situated in south-eastern part of India in the Deccan Plateau. The city is home to a number of international celebrities and other personalities.

It is the third most populated and the second fastest growing city of the Indian. Because of its house gardens and other recreational areas, it is nicknamed as Garden City. Banglore became the capital of Mysore State of India when the country got its independence. Later Karnataka become the name of the Mysore.

Apart from being the country’s major IT exporter, it is known as Rubber Basket of India. These days it is the hub for many other heavy weight industry such as Software Development, Telecommuniction, Outsourcing etc.

Reaching Bangalore

By Air: Banglore is highly linked with almost all significant places of India through its highly advanced and developed airport. People from other nations can also come via different international flights that are managed by various personal compnies.

Bangalore airport is just 40 km away from the the center of the town. Private and Pre-paid taxies are available from the airport.

By Train: Banglore is also well linked through the Indian Railways network to all significant places of India. The three Major train stations of Banglore are: Banglore Grand, Banglore Cantonment and Yeshwanthpur.

By Bus: All places in the state are linked by KSRTC to Banglore. Extremely useful and helpful bus assistance are also available from Banglore to Trivandrum, Chennai, Goa, Mysore etc.
