No fewer than forty-four million(44m) Nigerian citizens listen to the network of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria(FRCN) daily.

This revelation was disclosed by the Director General of the FRCN, Malam Ladan Salihu during a visit to the headquarters of the Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN) in Abuja yesterday.

Information made available to journalists disclosed that the? DG who was accompanied by other top management members of the corporation commended TAN?s efforts in showcasing the achievements of President Goodluck Jonathan.

He admitted that ?as a news man I have followed your local and international programmes and outings, especially during the World cup in Brazil. Your Brazil outing, in terms of quality and depth, you were awesome in packaging and showing the positive side of President Jonathan and Nigeria to the world, at every city hosting the World cup.

?Your sponsorship and packaging of football fans was unique and novel?, Malam Salihu noted.

According to him, ?I see in President Jonathan the future of the Nigerian nation. His emergence and the good he has made of the office and the nation shows that all Nigerians can actually come to the front?. He reiterated the many novel transformations done by Jonathan?s administration including the rail lines that had almost become extinct until now.

 

The FRCN boss while encouraging TAN on her good advocacies, expressed readiness of the corporation to synergize with public-spirited organizations who would like to make use its wide transmission and deep reportage.

The director of Public Communications and Strategy of TAN, Dr Udenta Udenta was conceived as a patriotic organization to showcase good deeds and programmes, especially that of President Jonathan.
