Kotoko coach Mas-ud Didi Dramani is refusing to answer questions about his future with the Porcupine Warriors despite widespread news of his imminent departure.

The former coach of the national U17 women?s team insists the management of Kotoko will be the best people to tell whether he will stay with the club the Kumasi-based giants.

?Where do we go from here? Are you staying with Kotoko or you are leaving?? asked this reporter.

Coach Dramani?s response gave no clue whether he was on his way out or staying. ?I think that this is a question for the Board Chairman. I have tried to dodge or move away from this question. I have a contract with Kotoko. I wouldn?t want to pre-empt anything? he said.

Didi Dramani did not answer any further question on his future apart from commending his players for their performance against Medeama. He said that the team fought relentlessly except that they were robbed by their wastefulness upfront and a bit of hard luck.

?First of all, I praise the players for their effort. They worked very hard and it is unfortunate that we didn?t get the right result against Medeama? said Didi Dramani who called for the core of the team to be kept ahead of next season. ?I think consistency is good. We have to keep this team together and look at what will happen? he added.

The Kotoko trainer also shared his disappointment with not winning the much touted double.

?It wasn?t what we expected but this is football. We did all that mattered. We did what we needed to do but still lost. We missed a couple of chances upfront and were somehow unlucky. I think the players fared well. We have to laud their efforts throughout the season? he argued.

While the players appeared distraught after Referee William Agbovi ended proceedings, most of the teeming Kotoko supporters who thronged the stadium were equally distressed with some of them putting the defeat down to the lack of determination on the part of the team.

Others also blamed the coach for what they called ?wrong selection? for the game. Although they would not cry over spilt milk, these fans were of the opinion that the decision not to start Joseph Ochaya and Kofi Nti Boakye affected the team?s total performance.

According to them, Ochaya and Nti Boakye could have turned things around easily for Kotoko had they started.
