Recall that Umeh had last week announced the suspension of Ukaegbu. The action has been roundly condemned by APGA faithful in the state who told our correspondent that suspending Ukaegbu at the heat of the preparations of the 2015 polls would surely hurt the party.
According to them, Ukaegbu is a veteran politician and remains the pillar of the party in the state. ?Onapuruagu Nnanna Ukaegbu has done a lot for APGA in Abia state. He has been the leading voice and face of APGA in Abia state and does not deserve such treatment on baseless allegations by Victor Umeh,? a party chieftain in Aba South council told?247ureports.com
