KUNDUZ, Afghanistan — Seven persons, all civilians, sustained injuries as a bomb blast rocked the northern Kunduz provincial capital Kunduz city 250 km north of Kabul on Monday, police spokesman in the province, Sayed Sarwar Hussaini said.
