The album has 4 songs which include: Peace and Love, Beautiful Nigeria, New Nigeria and I Believe in Nigeria

Singer, Buchi Thomas, has said he is working towards the launch of a body of music that would unveil the beautiful Nigerian clothing line, movie concept, music video and over 200 Nigerian delicacies to the world.

The 35-year-old entertainer, who made the disclosure at the official media launch of his music album entitled, “The Beautiful Nigeria Peace Project” in Abuja, said the youths are the sole target for the package because of the effect of media and music on them.

“We chose entertainment i.e music, media, movie and fashion as orientation strategy because of our youths. The youths have been left out of governance over the years, though we can see changes in this administration, but we are advocating for full involvement of our youths into governance,” he said.

He added that since he realised Nigeria is blessed with human and natural resources, he was motivated to re-orientate Nigerians and the rest of the world “of whom we truly are and what we are worth irrespective of our challenges and differences as a nation.”

He explained that the project is God’s mind for the country and that the album has 4 songs which include: Peace and Love, Beautiful Nigeria, New Nigeria and I Believe in Nigeria.

“It is real; I can feel the glimpse of transformation. The Beautiful Nigeria songs already has codes from Etisalat, MTN, Airtel and Glo to further promote our message of peace and love. For instance, MTN ringback tune for peace and love Nigeria is 037813 to 4100,” he said.

Commending the effort, the S.A. to the President on Ethics and Values, Dr Sarah Jubril, said the music is quite apt in time.

“This is a programme that all the ministries, agencies and departments should not miss because what makes a family cohesive is abiding by the dos and donts of behaviour. It is all about values and love for one’s nation,” she said.
