'Lucky' boy Andre Ayew tipped to send Ghana to the World Cup

Andre Ayew?s Return To Black Stars Crucial For World Cup Chances ? Professor Asirifi

A Ghanaian numerological Professor Oti Asirifi claims the Black Stars qualification to the World Cup will hinge on the return of Andre Ayew to the team.

The 23-year-old has called temporal time on his international career in February following what he described as disagreements with some members of the Black Stars management committee.

The Marseille star wants to be given time to recover psychologically before he makes a return to the team.

The Black Stars beat Sudan back-to-back without the Ghanaian talisman but with two crucial matches ahead, the University of Cape Coast lecturer insists his return will go a long way to determine how the team progresses in the qualifying campaign.

?I have said that Ghana will qualify to the World Cup but that will depend on a number of factors,? Asirifi told GHANAsoccernet.com

?Key among them is the return of Andre Ayew to the team. Since 2008, he has never played and scored a goal for both club and country that the team has lost that particular game.

?There is some aura around that boy. We?ll qualify but he must be in the team for us to achieve our target.

?Luck plays football and he?s one of the very few players in our team with that kind of spirit.

?It?s a very tricky situation but like I said we need him to come back into the team and then I can say without any shred of doubt that we can qualify to the tournament in Brazil.?

Professor Asirifi has had all his predictions on the Black Stars in recent times spot on.
